Arrival / Departure
Check in starts at 1:00 pm if your room is ready.
Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. The service is free.
The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For late arrivals are always welcomed by a staff of the reception.
Check out is at 12:00 at the latest.
Upon arrival at the hotel, upon check-in, you will be asked for each person's identification and credit card number.
Parking
Parking spaces must be reserved in advance by email to the following address: contact@hotel-lumieres.com
Therental fee is 30.00 euros per day Rental begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 12:00 pm the following day.
In addition, a deposit of 70.00 euros in cash only, will be required when you receive your badge and access map.
This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure in exchange for the badge.
The rooms
Adjoining rooms are rooms that are assigned in close proximity to each other. However, they are not connected.
Minors not accompanied by a family member are not allowed to stay in the hotel.
The occupation of the rooms cannot exceed 2 persons.
Reservation is subject to room availability.
Payment
The payment of the totality of the stay must be made at the latest at the check in.
Additional services
Cots are subject to availability and can be booked by email (contact@hotel-lumieres.com) at least 1 day before the arrival date. The service is free of charge.
Breakfast is served in the dining room only, from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, as a buffet. The price is 13.00 euros per person per day. Breakfast is free for children under 6 if taken by parents.
Reservations for bottles of champagne and rose petals must be made at least 72 hours before the date of arrival and according to availability. Please send an email requesting a reservation and indicating your credit card number to the following address: contact@hotel-lumières.com
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Cab reservations are only possible from the hotel. They are subject to the availability of cab companies.
